Terms and Conditions of Service
1. Scope of Services
Enviable Entries provides seasonal decor services including professional installation, artistic styling, and scheduled removal.
Access: By booking our services, the Client grants Enviable Entries permission to access the exterior of the property for installation and removal.
Attendance: Services may be performed without the homeowner present, provided the installation area is accessible.
2. Payment Terms
To secure your installation date, full payment is required immediately following the initial consultation.
3. Property Access & Site Preparation
The Client is responsible for ensuring the installation site is ready for our team.
Clearance: The area must be free of any elements or debris not included in the design plan.
Obstructions: We require sufficient space to safely set up and operate a ladder.
Heavy Items: Enviable Entries staff will not move heavy furniture, large planters, or other significant obstructions. If the area is not clear upon arrival, we reserve the right to reschedule, and a trip fee may apply.
4. Weather & Environmental Delays
Georgia weather can be unpredictable. For the safety of our team and the integrity of your decor:
In the event of rain, snow, extreme wind, or dangerously low temperatures, Enviable Entries reserves the right to reschedule the installation or removal.
We will notify the Client as soon as possible to coordinate the next available service window.
5. Limitation of Liability
We take great pride in our craftsmanship and use professional methods to secure decor (including brick clips, wall clips, small eye hooks, and Command strips).
Minor Wear: The Client acknowledges that these methods may result in minor effects on doorframes, walls, or doors.
Assumption of Risk: By agreeing to these terms, the Client releases Enviable Entries from liability for minor cosmetic wear or incidental damage resulting from standard installation and removal practices.
6. Equipment Ownership & Protection
All decorations, greenery, ornaments, and hardware are the exclusive property of Enviable Entries. This is a seasonal rental/service agreement, not a sale of goods.
Removal: Only Enviable Entries staff are authorized to remove or dismantle the decor. The Client shall not move, alter, or remove the installation.
Damage/Loss: The Client is responsible for the decor while it is on their property. If decorations are lost, stolen, or damaged (beyond normal wear and tear), the Client will be invoiced for the full replacement value of the items.
Retrieval: We will return at a pre-appointed time to retrieve all materials.
